Newkirk

This ground up project in Brooklyn was completed in 2018. It is a six-story, 10-unit building, developed and built by Klondike Construction. It is flat slab construction with brick rainscreen facade. I joined this project after construction had begun and worked on kitchens, lobby millwork, and detailing of the brick facade.
