The Marketline at Essex Crossing

The Marketline is an upscale food hall featuring local restaurants from the Lower East Side. It was conceived as part of the larger Essex Crossing development that spreads across five blocks located near the intersection of Delancy and Essex Streets. I worked on several of the tenant spaces including People’s, Nom Wah, The Grand Delancey, and Schaller & Weber, among others. The project opened in November 2019.
